We celebrated the end of the school year by going camping out east for 2 nights. Ali really enjoyed her first experience in a tent. And Hannah and Megan agreed that next time they go camping they will NOT pack 4 bags each. They both brought their bikes, though, and they had a blast riding them up and down the hill in front of our campsite. Unfortunately, in typical style for us, we forgot to take any pictures. And despite the fact that we weren't allowed to build a fire (because we didn't bring a "metal container" to build it in as per campground regulations), and we got rained on while making banana boats over a Coleman stove (and therefore had to eat half cooked banana boats in the tent), and it was too windy to go swimming at the beach, and we lost a kite because Ali let go of the string, the girls still want to go camping again!
