The month of June has included the end of the school year and the end of Brownies for Hannah and Sara. The troop held a family picnic at the beach. Both Sara and Hannah have decided to continue with Brownies next year. Hannah worked hard to earn 2 extra badges on her own--Make it, Eat it; and Colors and Shapes. She decided, however, that marching in the Memorial Day Parade was not as fun as she'd expected since it was hot, and it was hard to carry the banner with 4 other wiggly Brownies. Click here to see what her troop did this year.
Sara's big excitement for the month was finding a big patch of four-leaf clovers in the yard.
She and the girls picked a ton of them. Unfortunately, the luck didn't work when playing Duel of Ages against Jeff again a few days ago. All the clovers in the picture have four leaves. Really.
