Winter is finally here!

Hannah has been asking for a short haircut since last fall, and mom finally gave in. She briefly mourned the loss of the last baby curls, and Hannah has been thoroughly enjoying her stylish mature new look.



After several light dustings of snow that didn't stick, we finally had a few substantial snow storms recently. Here are the girls (and Daddy) on St. Patrick's Day next to the igloo that Daddy built as he shoveled the driveway. Ali LOVED playing in the snow. She giggled with glee as she slid down inclines all over the yard and she just laughed whenever she fell over. She was just the right size for the igloo.

In addition to playing in the snow with their friend Anna, the girls dressed in green, danced to Irish music, and ate Corned Beef and Cabbage. Well, not very much of the cabbage, I guess.


The following video shows several of Allison's recent achievements. She played her first computer game. Notice her mimicking using the keyboard and mouse correctly. You will also see her saying "no." She is currently very confused about the usage of this word. She means yes, but is saying no. And she says it somewhat politely. We are assuming this wont last very long, but we're enjoying it while we can.
