The song sounds so much better since they changed the phrase to say
"family history" instead of "genealogy." Grandpa gave us a lovely lesson
this evening on family history. We poured over fan charts and maps and
old pictures and talked about Grandpa Huber's journal from Switzerland
a hundred and fifty years ago. Very cool stuff. And Ali's activity
(that she planned by herself) tied in so perfectly. She wanted to pass
around papers & pencils to everyone and have them write down
ideas for things to include on the blog. I guess this is our form of
our family history. So get ready for some new and exciting things.
